Refund Policy
At LoveBuilt Strategies, we are committed to delivering high-quality strategy, operations, and event services that create measurable value for our clients. Because our work involves significant preparation, planning, and time investment, we’ve established the following refund and cancellation guidelines:

Consultations & Strategy Intensives:

Payment is required in full to reserve your session.

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance of the scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund.

Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the session are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds are available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session.

If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to apply your payment toward a future session if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Programs & Retainers (e.g., 90-Day Ops Reset, Fractional Services)

Because these services require ongoing commitment and resource allocation, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you decide to discontinue services, you may provide 30 days’ written notice, and billing will end at the conclusion of that notice period.

Event Production Services
​
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and begin pre-production work.
If you cancel your event:

More than 60 days in advance: You may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit.

Less than 60 days in advance: Payments are non-refundable due to the advance commitment of vendors, partners, and resources.
